Welcome to the Registration Page for the IUMI 2019 Conference in Toronto! 

Please note the following:

Registration to the IUMI conference is restricted to employees from insurance companies and associations from IUMI member countries as well as the categories of attendees listed on the registration site. Other persons can only join upon personal invitation of IUMI or the host association. In case of doubt, please contact your national (marine) insurance association to make sure you are eligible to attend. Please note that brokers are not eligible to attend the IUMI conference.

REGISTRATION FEE MODERNIZATION INITIATIVE: ACCOMPANYING PERSONS REGISTRATION FEE

IUMI 2019 will be the first conference for which a moderate registration fee will be introduced for accompanying persons. This new approach was taken to meet three objectives: 

• Bringing the fee structure in compliance with modern business practices;
  
• Creating an increased financial viability for the local organizing association;
  
• Allowing the main registration cost to be competitive therefore allowing for more participants to attend the conference.
  

Note: The combined fee for participant and accompanying person is in line with the single fee of previous years.

REGISTRATION FEES (in $CAD)

Delegate Early Bird Rate: $2,250 + tax until June 7, 2019
Delegate Regular Rate:  $2,585 + tax after June 7, 2019

Registration Fees for delegates include

• Entry to all conference sessions and the exhibition;
  
• Breakfasts, coffee breaks and luncheons September 16-18;
  
• Welcome Reception on September 15;
  
• Canadian Evening on September 18;
  
• One set of conference materials.
  

Accompanying Person Early Bird Rate: $425 + tax until June 7, 2019
Accompanying Person Regular Rate: $485 + tax after June 7, 2019

Registration Fees for accompanying persons include

• Welcome Reception on September 15;
  
• Canadian Evening on September 18.
  

Please note that registration fees do not include accommodation, airport transfer and optional tours.

Early Bird Registration Deadline: June 7, 2019
Registration Deadline: August 9, 2019

Registration amendments / delegate substitutions may be made until August 15, 2019.  After this date no changes will be made to the delegates listed in the Conference Booklet.
