IUMI would like to publish your presentation slides as a PDF on its website (www.iumi.com ) after the conference for members and the public to access. If your presentation includes any content that should not be shared publicly (for example, copyrighted images under restricted licences), please remove or replace these items before submitting your final slides.

Speakers are responsible for ensuring that all images, data and other materials included in their presentation comply with copyright requirements. Any third-party content must be used with appropriate permission and clearly credited.

Journalists will be invited to attend the conference workshops and may have questions for speakers following their presentations or panel discussions. We would greatly appreciate your willingness to engage with the press after your speaking slot.

A photographer will be present during the conference and will take photographs during sessions. These images may be published on the conference website and used in materials promoting future IUMI conferences.

Join fellow IUMI 2026 participants for an evening at Cruise Terminal Rotterdam, one of the city’s most iconic waterfront venues. The evening will feature a formal three course dinner with drinks, with entertainment throughout the night set against the backdrop of Rotterdam’s harbour.

Accompanying person tickets are strictly limited to a partner or spouse of the registered attendee and may not be used for work colleagues or professional associates.

• Your details (name and any special requirements) will be passed to the congress venue/s for security purposes and in case you have any special requirements.

We may, from time to time, send newsletters with information and news about the conference. You will have the option to opt-out of these newsletters when you receive the emails.

All data you provide relating to IUMI2026 will be stored securely, will never be passed to any third-party suppliers and will be deleted 2 years after the event. All credit card payments are carried out using a secure payment portal and are never stored by IUMI or the event organisers.

Any breaches of this policy may result in appropriate disciplinary measures, including removal from sessions or revocation of delegate privileges.
