Please note if you have previously set up an account to submit an abstract you should have received an automated email with a link to register - please use this to complete your registration. 
Once created you will be able to access your registration using these details.

Visa information – if you require a visa letter, please request this during the registration process. The letter will be sent with your confirmation email. Please have your passport details to hand

Consumer registration – Are you a consumer requesting a reduced registration fee? Eligibility includes patients (or people with personal experience of a health condition), health and social care service users, caregivers and family members involved with someone with a health condition, and people who represent (or advocate for) patients and carers.

Student registration – Are you a full-time student (undergraduate or postgraduate) requesting a reduced registration fee? Please send a signed letter from your university stating your enrolment information to registration@globalevidencesummit.org.

Group registration - Are you registering multiple people?

Bank Transfer – Are you paying by bank transfer? Note that there will be a €25 charge to cover transfer fees.

Visa Letter

Do you require a Visa letter to the Czech Republic?

Please note the visa invitation letter does not exempt attendees from complying with all requirements regarding registration and payment for their participation, accommodation and travel. The Global Evidence Summit 2024 Organisers take no responsibility should entry be denied by the Government of the Czech Republic. Find more information on the visa application process here.

Welcome Reception

Tuesday 10 September 2024, 17:30 - 19:30

The Welcome Reception will take place at the Summit venue, the O2 universum, in the foyers located on the ground, first and second floor. This event is held at the end of the first Summit day as a standing reception with light refreshments.

Social Evening

Thursday 12 September 2024, 19:00 - 00:00

The Social Evening takes place at the Municipal House, one of the most significant public buildings in Prague. There will be a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, a large buffet, and live entertainment.

Payment Terms

Transactions for this event will be collected and managed by TFI Lodestar Ltd on behalf of the Global Evidence Summit 2024. Your payment will appear on your bank statement as TFI Lodestar Ltd. TFI Lodestar Ltd is a UK registered company.

Cancellation conditions

 

Any requests for amendments and/or cancellations of your registration must be notified in writing to the PCO by emailing registration@globalevidencesummit.org.

 

If you submit a request to cancel your registration before or on Tuesday 13 August 2024, your registration fee will be refunded, minus an administrative fee of €25. If you submit a cancellation request after Tuesday 13 August 2024, you will not receive a refund of the registration fee, regardless of the reason for the cancellation.

 

If for any reason outside of the organiser’s reasonable control GES 2024 cannot take place, registered delegates will be refunded the registration fee minus an administrative fee of €25.
