FEC 2023 Satellite Meeting Request Form

Please see below the FEC 2023 Satellite Meeting Request Form. All requests must be received by Friday 22nd September, shortly after this date the rooms will be allocated. Those who submit early will be given priority. After the 22nd September space will be allocated on a first come first served basis, subject to availability.

Each room will be equipped with WiFi, a projector/screen and HDMI cable to plug in your laptop.

Whilst there is no charge for booking a meeting room, any additional AV or catering costs will need to be paid for by the meeting organiser. Payment must be made in advance by credit or debit card in order to confirm additional requirements. Once confirmed and paid for, cancellation and refunds will not be permitted. If you have any additional requirements please include them in the form below and we will be in touch to discuss.
