Section 1 - Delegate registration

Congress Pass

The Congress registration ticket includes: 

  • Delegate badge and lanyard
  • Access to all the scientific sessions from 9 - 11 June 2026
  • Access to the trade exhibition and e-posters from 9 - 11 June 2026
  • A ticket to the Opening Ceremony and President's Reception on 8 June 2026 (evening)

  • Coffee breaks in the trade exhibition from 9 - 11 June 2026
  • Lunches on congress days 9 - 11 June 2026

The registration ticket does NOT include:

  • Access to the postgraduate and pre-congress courses; tickets for the courses can be purchased during the registration process
  • Tickets to attend the Disco Party on Wednesday 10 June; this can be purchased during the registration process
  • Tickets to attend the Gala Dinner on Thursday 11 June; information to be released soon
  • Access to the Congress venues and networking events for accompanying persons. Tickets can be purchased during the registration process

Section 2 - Course registration

22nd EPSOS Annual Meeting – Postgraduate students only

The 22nd European Postgraduate Student Orthodontic Society will be held on Monday 8 June at the Liffey Hall 1, level 1, Convention Centre Dublin. More information about the topic and speakers will be announced shortly.

 

All registered delegates will be notified and given the opportunity to purchase a ticket.

Opening Ceremony & Welcome Reception

Transactions for this event will be collected and managed by TFI Lodestar Ltd on behalf of the European Orthodontic Society. Your payment will appear on your bank statement as TFI Lodestar Ltd. Registration fees are charged in Euro (EUR) and include 23% VAT. Payment is taken in full at checkout. 

If an error code appears you may need to contact your bank and authorise the payment if your total is an unusually large amount for your account.

All cancellations must be received in writing at EOScongress@tfilodestar.com  and will incur a € 25.00 administration fee. 

Please note: EOS takes no responsibility for the travel and accommodation costs of each attendee. It is the responsibility of each individual to take out their own travel insurance. 

Cancellation deadlines: 

  • Up to 15 March 2026 - a full refund will be given minus the administration fee; 

  • Up to 13 April 2026 - a 50% refund will be given minus the administration fee; 

  • From 14 April 2026 - no refund will be given. 

Name changes can be made at any point without charge. 

Refunds will be credited within 10 working days after the confirmation of receipt of the cancellation request. 

Please note: cancellations due to visa refusals will be refunded according to the policy above. It is your responsibility to allow for enough time for your visa request to be accepted.
