Access

Your registration entitles you to access the EOS 2025 Webinar Portal to view the sessions for which you have registered.

By registering for a paid or a complimentary EOS 2025 Virtual Event pass, you agree not to share, sell or trade your access. If the Organiser determines that you have violated this policy, the Organiser may cancel your access, retain any payments made by you, report you to law enforcement authorities, and ban you from future EOS 2025 Virtual Events.

 

Disruptive Conduct

You acknowledge and agree that the Organiser reserves the right to remove you from the EOS 2025 Virtual Event if the Organiser, in its sole discretion, determines that your participation or behaviour creates a disruption, or hinders the Virtual Event or the enjoyment of the Virtual Event content by other attendees. 

 

Recording, Live Streaming, and Videotaping

You acknowledge that participants may not record, share or re-broadcast audio or video of any of the elements (including but not limited to sessions, delegate information, sponsor material) at the EOS 2025 Virtual Event.

 

Unethical/Non-Compliant Practices

The Organiser reserves the right to deny participation to anyone who engages in or is reputed to engage in unethical or non-compliant practices.

In addition to the requirements and prohibitions above, the Organiser may also exclude any prospective participant from registering for or participating in any EOS 2025 Virtual Event, in the Organiser's sole discretion. 

 

Liability Disclaimer

You acknowledge that the Organiser's total liability to the participants shall be limited to the price paid to attend the EOS 2025 Virtual Event (but always subject to our right to deduct our administrative costs in relation to the same). Your registration entitles you to access the EOS 2025 Webinar Portal for the sessions for which you have registered.

We expressly exclude all liability (to the fullest extent permissible by law) including without limit any inability for any delegate to access the EOS 2025 Virtual Event and any material hosted on it via the internet or through any computer device (howsoever caused).

Transactions for this event will be collected and managed by TFI Lodestar Ltd. Your payment will appear on your bank statement as TFI Lodestar Ltd. TFI Lodestar Ltd is UK registered. Company Number: 01845643. 24 Patcham Terrace, Battersea Exchange, London, SW8 4EY.

Registration fees include 20% VAT and are non-refundable. Payment is taken in full at checkout. 

The registration fees are non-refundable. Cancellation requests should be submitted in writing to EOSevents@tfilodestar.com; refunds may be given if the cancellation is due to limited causes beyond reasonable control.
