You will need the following to complete your registration:

  1. Payment must be made by credit or debit card at the time of registration. Please have your card ready to process payment. If you need to pay by bank transfer, please contact registration.ECB@tfilodestar.com (please note an admin fee is payable on all bank transfer transactions).
  2. Your Company's Tax Number - only if you require it on your invoice (optional)
  3. If you require a visa invitation letter, please have your passport information available.

Make sure to register before the 26 April 2026 to take advantage of the Early Bird rate.

Visa Invitation Letter

Do you require a visa invitation letter to enter Belgium?

Participants are required to make their own arrangements for visas if necessary.

Please note the visa invitation letter does not exempt attendees from complying with all requirements regarding registration and payment for their participation, accommodation and travel. The ECB2026 Congress Organisers take no responsibility should entry be denied by the Government of Belgium. Find more information on the visa application process here.

The visa invitation letter will be enclosed within your confirmation email after submitting your registration.

Category Definitions:
*Anyone who is post-doctorate OR works in education.
** Anyone in full time education, including Masters and PhD students OR anyone within 3 years of PhD qualification.

Congress registration includes complimentary personal membership to the European Federation of Biotechnology.

- Your details (name and any special requirements) will be passed to the congress venue/s for security purposes and in case you have any special requirements.
- Your name and company details will be passed to the ECB2026 organisers (TFI Lodestar) for the purposes of organising your registration and badge collection.

All delegates are expected to conduct themselves with the highest standards of professionalism and respect throughout their participation in ECB2026. As part of this commitment, delegates agree not to engage in any form of rudeness, disrespect, or inappropriate behaviour toward fellow delegates, speakers, or members of the ECB Congress team.

Any breaches of this policy may result in appropriate disciplinary measures, including removal from sessions or revocation of delegate privileges.

Sharing Contact Details with Sponsors

We may provide exhibitors and sponsors who are participating at the congress with a list of attendees names, email addresses and telephone numbers. If you are happy for your details to be shared with these participants please click 'I agree'. Please note that we will never sell or share your information with any third party companies who are not participating at the congress.
