If you have not submitted an abstract you should create a new user account using your email address and a new password by clicking on 'create a new user account' below. Please note if you have previously set up an account to submit an abstract you should have received an automated email with a link to register - please use this to complete your registration. 
Once created you will be able to access your registration using these details.

Visa information
If you require a visa letter, you can request it during the registration process. The letter will be sent to you along with your confirmation email. Please have your passport details ready when completing your registration.

Patients and the public registration
Cochrane defines ‘patients and the public’ as patients and potential patients, carers, people who use health and social care services, and people or organizations that represent these groups. By registering using the patient and public registration fee you are attending the conference in that role — to share experiences and perspectives on behalf of patients and the public. This means you will not be attending primarily as a researcher, academic, or policymaker, for example. People attending mainly in roles such as researcher, academic, policymaker, clinician, or health‑care practitioner cannot use the patient and public registration category. To receive the registration link, please email your request to registration@cochrane.org.

Student registration
Are you a full-time student (undergraduate or postgraduate) requesting a reduced registration fee? Please send us your request to registration@cochrane.org, together with proof of enrolment. This must be an official document issued by your university confirming your current enrolment status. Please note that student ID cards are not accepted as proof of enrolment. 

Polish institutions group registration
Are you registering a group of attendees from a Polish institution? Please email registration@cochrane.org to request the link.

Group registration
Are you registering multiple people at once? Please email registration@cochrane.org to request the link.

Bank Transfer
If you choose to pay by bank transfer, a PLN125 fee will be added to cover transfer costs. Bank transfer payments require a separate registration form. To get started, please email registration@cochrane.org to request the link. After you complete your registration, you will receive an invoice with your confirmation email. Payment must be made within 30 days.

Visa Letter

Do you require a Visa letter to Poland?

Please note that a visa invitation letter does not exempt attendees from complying with all requirements relating to registration, payment, accommodation, and travel arrangements. The Cochrane Colloquium 2026 Organisers accept no responsibility should entry to Poland be denied by the Government of Poland.

It is the responsibility of each attendee to ensure that they apply for their visa in a timely manner, allowing sufficient time for processing by the Polish authorities. All cancellations, including those due to visa refusal, will be subject to the cancellation policy outlined on the payment page.

The visa invitation letter will be included in your confirmation email once your registration has been successfully submitted.

Welcome Reception

Tuesday 8 December 2026, 18:30 - 21:00

The Welcome Reception will take place on Tuesday, 8 December 2026, at the conference venue, ICE. This event marks the end of the first day of the Colloquium and will be held as a standing reception with light refreshments.

The ticket is included in the full registration fee and the one day registration fee for Tuesday only.

Social Evening

Wednesday 9 December 2026, 19:00 - 00:00

The Social Evening will take place in the heart of Krakow. There will be a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, a large buffet, and live entertainment.

More information will be shared shortly.

The ticket is included in the full registration fee only.

Payment Terms

Transactions for this event will be collected and managed by TFI Lodestar Ltd on behalf of the Cochrane Colloquium 2026. Your payment will appear on your bank statement as TFI Lodestar Ltd. TFI Lodestar Ltd is a UK registered company.

Cancellation conditions

Any requests for amendments and/or cancellations of your registration must be notified in writing to the PCO by emailing registration@cochrane.org. 

If you submit a request to cancel your registration before or on 12 October 2026, your registration fee will be refunded, minus an administrative fee of 10%. If you submit a cancellation request after 12 October 2026 you will not receive a refund of the registration fee, regardless of the reason for the cancellation.

If for any reason outside of the organiser’s reasonable control Cochrane Colloquium 2026 cannot take place, registered delegates will be refunded the registration fee minus an administrative fee of 10%.
