Treatment of primary biliary cholangitis (PBC): a practical approach

Starting with a review of the current primary biliary cholangitis (PBC) landscape, this symposium will seek to assess findings from the national PBC audit and suggest when and how patients potentially requiring second line treatment could be referred to a specialist centre.  It will also touch upon elements of the PBC bundle highlighting available resources to assist in identifying treatment parameters.

This symposium will also offer practical approaches to recent developments for the management of PBC and the impact of living with PBC will be highlighted via presentation of a patient case study.
