Participants are required to make their own arrangements for visas if necessary. Visa invitation letters will only be provided on completion and payment of the registration. 

Please note the visa invitation letter does not exempt attendees from complying with all requirements regarding registration and payment for their participation, accommodation and travel. The CEIDP 2025 Event Organisers take no responsibility should entry be denied by the UK Government.

Cancellations due to visa refusals will be refunded according to the cancellation policy. It is your responsibility to allow for enough time for your visa to be accepted.

High Voltage Testing Demonstration – AM Workshop

Join us for a hands-on High Voltage Testing Demonstration during the AM Workshop sessions. The workshop will take place three different sessions throughout the Sunday morning, giving more participants the opportunity to experience it firsthand.

Payment

Payment Terms

Transactions for this event will be collected and managed by TFI Lodestar Ltd on behalf of IEEE and CEIDP 2025. Your payment will appear on your bank statement as TFI Lodestar Ltd. TFI Lodestar Ltd is UK registered. Company Number: 01845643. 24 Patcham Terrace, Battersea Exchange, London, SW8 4EY, UK.

Registration fees include 20% VAT. Payment is taken in full at checkout.

If an error code appears you may need to contact your bank and authorise the payment if your total is an unusually large amount for your account.

All refund requests must be made via email to admin.CEIDP@tfilodestar.com.

All cancellations received before 8th August 2025 (23:59 PST) will be subject to a £25.00 cancellation fee.

Refunds for cancellations received after 8th August 2025 (23:59 PST) will only be made in exceptional circumstances. Any cancellations due to visa requests being denied will be refunded based on the cancellation terms above. You are able to change the name on the registration without penalty.
