Dinner - Saturday 22nd

A casual dinner will take place on Saturday evening, at Ego Mediterranean Restaurant in the city centre. 

In order to avoid food waste, there will be a £50 deposit required, which will be refunded if you attend.

Data Processing Consent

Payment Terms

Transactions for this event will be collected and managed by TFI Lodestar Ltd on behalf of the British Society of gastroenterology. Your payment will appear on your bank statement as TFI Lodestar Ltd, 020 7233 5644. TFI Lodestar Ltd is a UK registered entity. Companies House number 01845643. Registration fees include 20% VAT. Payment is taken in full at checkout. 

Cancellation Deadlines

Up to 10 October 2025 – a full refund will be given
Up to 24 October 2025 – a 50% refund will be given
From 25 October 2025 – no refund will be given

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing via traineesevents@bsg.org.uk 

Refunds will be credited within 10 working days after the confirmation of receipt of the cancellation request.
