Presentation Training Crash Course

Presenting and public speaking are necessary factors in many successful careers – but it’s not easy to do well, and it’s something that most of us dread (and often try to avoid). The good news is that, like any other skill, it can be learned and continually developed.

At this Management & Leadership event we are offering BSG members, half-hour crash courses in how to improve your presentation skills – a quick dive into structuring, shaping and polishing whatever it is you need to communicate to your audience.

Led by writer and business leader Matthew Gidley, the sessions will take place in small groups of up to four people.

Payment Terms

Transactions for this event will be collected and managed by TFI Lodestar Ltd on behalf of the British Society of gastroenterology. Your payment will appear on your bank statement as TFI Lodestar Ltd, 020 7233 5644. TFI Lodestar Ltd is a UK registered entity. Companies House number 01845643. Registration fees include 20% VAT. Payment is taken in full at checkout. 

Cancellation Deadlines

Up to 02 February 2026 – a full refund will be given minus the administration fee; 
Up to 20 February 2026– a 50% refund will be given minus the administration fee; 
From 21 February 2026– no refund will be given. 

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing via traineesevents@bsg.org.uk and will incur a £20 administration fee.

Refunds will be credited within 10 working days after the confirmation of receipt of the cancellation request.
