Payment Terms

Transactions for this event will be collected and managed by TFI Lodestar Ltd on behalf of the British Society of gastroenterology. Your payment will appear on your bank statement as TFI Lodestar Ltd, 020 7233 5644. TFI Lodestar Ltd is a UK registered entity. Companies House number 01845643. Registration fees include 20% VAT. 

Cancellation Deadlines

Up to 20 March 2026 – a full refund will be given minus the administration fee.
Up to 17 April 2026 – a 50% refund will be given minus the administration fee.
From 17 April 2026 – no refund will be given.

Name changes can be made at any point without charge.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing via conference@bsg.org.uk and will incur a £20 administration fee.

Refunds will be credited within 10 working days after the confirmation of receipt of the cancellation request.
