Welcome to the BSG LIVE'26 Group Booking Form

In order to register you will need to create a new user account.

Before registering your group, please ensure you have all of the below information before starting:

• Which registration category they fall under. All categories can be found online here.
• If they wish to participate in the Fun Run on Wednesday 25th June from 07:30-08:30.
• If they wish to attend the BSG Night on Wednesday 25th June from 19:00-23:30.
• If they are a BSG Member, have their membership number to hand.

Whilst encouraged, industry attendance at the BSG Congress is closely monitored. Individuals working in the pharmaceutical, medical device industry, or the private healthcare sector wishing to attend the conference, must have purchased an exhibition stand at BSG LIVE ’26, and this will then entitle their company representatives (up to a maximum of ten) to purchase full conference registrations with access to the sessions. If your company has not taken an exhibition stand, please download the prospectus and return your booking form to bsg.industrysales@tfilodestar.com. If your company already has an exhibition stand, then you may email bsg.exhibition@tfilodestar.com to book your registration.

Payment Terms

Transactions for this event will be collected and managed by TFI Lodestar Ltd on behalf of the British Society of gastroenterology. Your payment will appear on your bank statement as TFI Lodestar Ltd, 020 7233 5644. TFI Lodestar Ltd is a UK registered entity. Companies House number 01845643. Registration fees include 20% VAT. Payment is taken in full at checkout. 

Cancellation Deadlines

Up to 20 March 2026 – a full refund will be given minus the administration fee.
Up to 17 April 2026 – a 50% refund will be given minus the administration fee.
From 17 April 2026 – no refund will be given.

Name changes can be made at any point without charge.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing via conference@bsg.org.uk and will incur a £20 administration fee.

Refunds will be credited within 10 working days after the confirmation of receipt of the cancellation request.
