Charity Donation

This year at BSG LIVE'25, the conference is raising funds for the Catherine McEwan Foundation. The charity's aim is to help people with Crohn's and Colitis access better treatment, better care and live better lives in Scotland.

Choosing to donate is optional but we do encourage delegates to donate towards the cause. Below are fixed rates to contribute towards the charity, however if you want to donate your own custom amount please click here.

Payment Terms

Transactions for this event will be collected and managed by TFI Lodestar Ltd on behalf of the British Society of gastroenterology. Your payment will appear on your bank statement as TFI Lodestar Ltd, 020 7233 5644. TFI Lodestar Ltd is a UK registered entity. Companies House number 01845643. Registration fees include 20% VAT. 

Cancellation Deadlines

Up to 21 March 2025 – a full refund will be given minus the administration fee.
Up to 16 April 2025 – a 50% refund will be given minus the administration fee.
From 16 April 2025 – no refund will be given.

Name changes can be made at any point without charge.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing via conference@bsg.org.uk and will incur a £20 administration fee.

Refunds will be credited within 10 working days after the confirmation of receipt of the cancellation request.
