Whilst encouraged, industry attendance at the BSG Congress is closely monitored. Individuals working in the pharmaceutical, medical device industry, or the private healthcare sector wishing to attend the conference, must have purchased an exhibition stand at BSG LIVE ’25, and this will then entitle their company representatives (up to a maximum of ten) to purchase full conference registrations with access to the sessions. If your company has not taken an exhibition stand, please download the prospectus and return your booking form to bsg.industrysales@tfilodestar.com. If your company already has an exhibition stand, then you may email bsg.exhibition@tfilodestar.com to book your registration.

Social Events

Morning Yoga

This year, BSG LIVE'25 will be offering yoga classes taking place on the mornings of Tuesday 24th and Wednesday 25th June.

Spaces are limited to 20 participants per session, therefore, please only book if you are able to attend. We will be taking deposit payments of £40 when you register. If you notify us of your cancellation before 20th June, we will cancel your slot and refund your deposit.

The sessions will take place at the following times:
Tuesday 24th June - 08:15-09:00 | Wednesday 25th June - 07:45-08:30

Fun Run

This year, the fun run will be taking place at 7:30am with the starting point being outside the SEC.

This year at BSG LIVE'25, the conference will be raising funds for the Catherine McEwan Foundation. The charity's aim is to help people with Crohn's and Colitis access better treatment, better care and live better lives in Scotland.

Payment Terms

Transactions for this event will be collected and managed by TFI Lodestar Ltd on behalf of the British Society of gastroenterology. Your payment will appear on your bank statement as TFI Lodestar Ltd, 020 7233 5644. TFI Lodestar Ltd is a UK registered entity. Companies House number 01845643. Registration fees include 20% VAT. Payment is taken in full at checkout. 

Cancellation Deadlines

Up to 21 March 2025 – a full refund will be given minus the administration fee.
Up to 16 April 2025 – a 50% refund will be given minus the administration fee.
From 16 April 2025 – no refund will be given.

Name changes can be made at any point without charge.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing via conference@bsg.org.uk and will incur a £20 administration fee.

Refunds will be credited within 10 working days after the confirmation of receipt of the cancellation request.
