Concession: Trainees in speciality training, junior doctors who do not have a Taster membership, Nurses, Pharmacists, AHPs, Physician Associates, Clinical and Non-Clinical Scientists, Gastrointestinal Physiologists, PhD students and related clinical Project Managers and other non-clinical support roles working in gastroenterology.

Students: Undergraduates / medical or nursing students.

Payment Terms

Transactions for this event will be collected and managed by TFI Lodestar Ltd on behalf of the British Society of gastroenterology. Your payment will appear on your bank statement as TFI Lodestar Ltd, 020 7233 5644. TFI Lodestar Ltd is a UK registered entity. Companies House number 01845643. Registration fees include 20% VAT. Payment is taken in full at checkout. 

Cancellation Deadlines

Up to 09 October 2024 – a full refund will be given
Up to 30 October 2024 – a 50% refund will be given
From 30 October 2024 – no refund will be given. 

Name changes can be made at any point without charge.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing via conference@bsg.org.uk

Refunds will be credited within 10 working days after the confirmation of receipt of the cancellation request.
